ELEV8 Athletes wasn't created to be the biggest football training program.
After years of watching youth athletes work through large camps and generic training programs, one thing became obvious. Too many kids were getting lost in the shuffle. Some athletes naturally stood out, while others simply blended into the crowd.

That's where ELEV8 began. A place where parents know their child is being coached, not simply supervised. Because no two athletes develop the same way.

What We Offer
Every athlete is coached, not processed. There are no cookie cutter drills or one size fits all curriculums. Every athlete develops differently, learns differently, and has different goals. Our training is built around the individual, creating a plan that develops movement, confidence, football IQ, and the habits that translate to game day.
Player Evaluation
Every athlete begins with a detailed evaluation of movement, athleticism, football fundamentals, coordination, and current skill level. The evaluation is included free when you purchase the four-session development package.
1 on 1 Performance Training
Our signature experience. Every session is built specifically for the athlete in front of us. We adjust the training based on age, position, strengths, weaknesses, and long term goals. Athletes receive constant coaching, immediate feedback, and purposeful repetitions designed to create lasting improvement.
4 Session Development Package
Real development takes consistency. Get four focused training sessions for $150, plus a complimentary player evaluation. We build on each session, measure progress, strengthen technique, and continue refining the athlete’s personalized development plan.
Small Group Training (2–4 Kids)
Train in a focused small group of 2–4 kids for $30 per athlete. Athletes benefit from competition, accountability, and high-energy coaching while still receiving meaningful feedback and quality repetitions.
Team Training
Every team has different goals. We work directly with coaches to build training that complements their program, whether the focus is speed, agility, position fundamentals, offseason development, or preseason preparation. Every session is customized to fit your athletes and your culture.

MEET COACH CHASE ERNST
I played football at Westlake High School, graduating with the Class of 2019, before earning my degree in Sports Management at Tarleton State University.
Over the last 5 years, I've coached youth flag football in the Bryan/College Station and Austin areas, helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. I've celebrated championships, experienced tough losses, and watched athletes accomplish things they never believed they could.
